Paid subscriptions are not open yet. These documents describe the product and the terms of the planned subscription offer. The website currently takes no payments. A purchase is possible only after a live checkout is made available.
1. Scope and seller
This policy covers the planned dubl.email software subscription supplied by Dubl Email, 05 Huỳnh Thúc Kháng, Danang, Vietnam. Support: me@dubl.email. The current preview takes no payments, so a real order and charge must exist before a payment can be refunded.
For a purchase whose checkout and receipt name Paddle as seller, Paddle handles the transaction and issues the refund. Its buyer terms and refund policy apply alongside this product policy. We do not describe Paddle as an already connected live checkout.
2. First subscription payment: 14 days
You may request a full refund of the first payment of a new subscription within 14 calendar days of that payment. This applies to the monthly and annual plan. You do not need to give a reason, and using the product does not itself remove this first-payment guarantee.
Submit the request within that period; you do not need to wait for a support response before the deadline. For a Paddle order, we will support an eligible request and arrange it through Paddle. Any stronger, non-waivable right remains available.
3. Renewals and requests after 14 days
Renewal payments are not included in our voluntary first-payment guarantee. Their refund eligibility follows applicable consumer law and, where Paddle is seller, Paddle’s policy. A request made within Paddle’s discretionary review window does not automatically guarantee approval.
After our first-payment window, change-of-mind or unused-time refunds are not automatically due. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies for duplicate or unauthorised charges, failed delivery, material defects, a product that is not as described, or an applicable statutory withdrawal right. We will review the facts and the rights that apply.
4. Cancel a future renewal
Cancel before the next billing date using the subscription-management link in your receipt or, for a Paddle order, paddle.net. You may also ask us for help at me@dubl.email. Keep the cancellation confirmation. We do not require a telephone call to cancel.
Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access available until the paid period ends. It does not by itself refund the current period. Deleting the app, disconnecting a mailbox or closing this website does not cancel a subscription. Free has no recurring charge.
5. How to request a refund
Email me@dubl.email from the purchase address if possible, and include the order or receipt identifier, payment date and the subscription concerned. For an existing Paddle order, you can instead use the support link in your receipt or request a refund at paddle.net.
A reason is optional within our first-payment window. For a technical issue, a short description helps us assess it, but we will not require unrelated mailbox content or force troubleshooting as a condition of that guarantee. Never provide a mailbox password, login code or complete card number. If you cannot find a receipt, contact support with the details you have.
6. How refunds are returned
For Paddle orders, approved refunds are executed by Paddle through the original payment method where possible, following its processing rules and any mandatory deadline. We do not ask you to accept store credit instead of a refund that is owed. Refundable transaction taxes are handled by the seller under the rules that apply.
The time for a credit to appear depends on the payment method and bank. Currency conversion or issuer fees may affect the amount shown in your bank account. Contact the seller if a promised refund does not arrive; do not disclose complete payment credentials to us. Requesting a refund does not waive lawful chargeback or complaint rights.
7. Access and your data after a refund
A full refund ends the paid entitlement associated with that payment. Where an order is refunded, future renewal must also be stopped or its status confirmed with the seller. Access under any remaining Free entitlement is subject to the Free limits then disclosed.
A cancellation or refund does not delete your original email account at its provider. Local copies, notes and exports are separate from billing. Save important information before deleting local data or uninstalling. Contact us if ending paid access prevents you from recovering information you are entitled to access.
8. Consumer rights and policy changes
Your country may grant withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty digital products, or protection for particular renewals. Those rights prevail over a less favourable product term. When Paddle is seller, consult its current country-specific rules or contact Paddle support; we do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule to statutory claims.
The version displayed for your purchase applies to it, subject to mandatory protections. A later policy update cannot retrospectively remove an accrued refund right. Contact Dubl Email at me@dubl.email with any question about this policy.
